Congratulations and our best wishes to Katherine, Victorjoe and Rachel who were confirmed in St. Anne's Church on Sunday 27th January.
Well done to Jack who represented our school in the Ulster Schools' Championship in Ballymena recently. He swam in two events and did extremely well, narrowly missing the final and setting a new personal best time.
The Unihoc event will take place in the Community Centre on Thursday 7th February between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. We have had to schedule the event a little earlier than usual as our 6th Class pupils have to attend the Coláiste Cholmchille Open Evening later in the evening.
Thank you to Muriel and Ezra for recording and making copies of both the Ulster Scots Play and the Carol Service. If anyone would like a copy of either, please contact school.
We thank Natalie Gibson for her hard work in school over the last few months. We also welcome Charlene Perry back to school. Charlene works in the Infant room on Thursdays.
We welcome Brian, who is currently carrying out Joe Kennedy's school visits. The children are thoroughly enjoying his lively songs and quizzes.
Have a look at the Sam Maguire photographs in the Gallery. Thank you to Nigel for providing these. I have uploaded all the photos I received. If you would prefer not to have yours included, please let me know and I will remove them.
We thank all those who have helped out with building and maintenance issues in the past few weeks - Stephen Deane, Ezra Mitchell, Gary Mahon and especially Alan Mahon.
We are currently trying to find and fix a water leak and as you can see from the photograph, it is proving a little difficult! Thank you, Alan for your time and work.
